Good luck with getting MCL ones, but the Oz copies might still be available.

There's these ones... 8)

I’ve got a set of these, and apart from my mechanical incompetence they were dead easy to fit. Ive had them for a few months now and they seem to work just fine.
A man rides on his STeed, says “Why am I short of attention? Got a short little span of attention”.

You can call me Steve, with apologies to Paul Simon.

Order early- there's a 2 month lead time, presumably while they wait to get enough orders to do a production run.
I note they sell the ST1100 version as well, and will supply replacement blades for a very reasonable cost.  This is relevant because they snap off if the bike tips over while they are extended.  DAMHIK.   :'(

Can anyone help Spanner with this?  I know there was someone who talked about these, and I also know there were difficulties with production.

Can anyone help Spanner with this?  I know there was someone who talked about these, and I also know there were difficulties with production.

A while back I sent my MCL Highway Pegs to "Gone-Cruisin" in Airlie Beach, as he had a contact with an engineering company who may have had the ability to product copies of the MCL Pegs.   In the end, some of the complex curves were beyond the capability of his machines, and the project fizzled.   I now think that the PSR's are the only commercial Highway Peg available.  I did contact BikeQuip with the suggestion of filling need for Highway Pegs left in the market by the demise of MCL, but have not seen any response.
