Hmmmm........   $495 for these        :think1

That's around 16 tanks of fuel, or 8250 plus kms of riding...

I like where your coming from Biggles, that's the way I look at most of my purchases.

There's this one up for sale in the UK....

http://www.cherished-number-plates.co.uk/cherished-number-plates/0/PAN%205Y.html

But who in their right minds would want that on their bike let alone pay that money for it. :eek

My old Bol D'Or came to me with the plate RW 007. Given my initials are RW, I was kinda chuffed. The 007 was given to everyone else to pull the mickey on me. :)

Yeah, I read the small print on the numberplate too late.

That makes me very worried!!  Here's me thinking we'd outgrown the red-neck image and this pops up.

The fella who owned this stag didn't request this plate. But he was given the nudge that it made people uncomfortable!  :crazy

I should tell you about my experience many years ago. Not long out of my apprenticeship and I was walking in the Redfern area there somewhere (broad daylight of course!!) and I approached a Rolls Royce parked and facing towards me as I walked. As I got closer I noticed quite a pretty young girl sitting inside and I also noticed the number plate '4PLAY'. Of course, being a young strapping lad I gave her a bit of a classy smiley smirk as i walked past.. and looked back at this image as I walked on by..

Well, I read later on in a magazine that this young girl had won the car in a Penthouse/Playboy model competition.. and how she sold the car because she was getting too many stupid looks from guys!!! *gulp*..

Trye story!
