Steering head bearings

Hi team, anyone had this done? What was the approximate cost please?

I replaced the headstem bearings in my ST1100 about 3 months ago. Changed from ball race to tapered roller. Cost about $25 for the bearings from memory.
If I had to guess on labour time, 2 hours @$100/hr ?
