Epic thread recycle!

Essentially, I was here in April 2013 looking to sell my ST1100 for $3800. A few accessories and a trip around Australia later, its definitely time to sell. I have too many bikes. Newer pics follow immediately after this bit, and then the rest of the thread. I've knocked a grand off and its got more goodies on it now, including a rear bracket made in the Ukraine of all places. The pole in one photo is a DIY gopro mount. (Not selling with rego as its ends up being more expensive for you to transfer rego and CTP than just buying 12 months). Yes it does have panniers too.







Good condition cosmetically and mechanically (only thing its missing is one of the wing/sidecovers where most people put their spotlights. I have two right ones lol)
Recently overhauled brakes
115000kms or so (now 130000)
Brighter headlights, LED dash lights,  GIVI topbox, Laminar lip screen, tinted short screen, jaycar LED spotties (excellent), new paint on airbox. Comes with GPS (Garmin 660) also has USB charging capabilities

Oil change and brake refurb



This is the same on both sides. Never bothered about cleaning it up. The indicators stay on which is the important thing



Here are the forks. Seals and oil redone. The caliper looks horrible because it was originally silver, then red, then black. Then I did the caliper seals and found the layers of paint underneath. No biggie. It stops like it should (espcially with new seals!) The rashing around the fork guards has been there since I got the bike. Never had a drama.



Speedo /Odo. I change the oil at 5000km intervals and the filter at 10,000 intervals

Honest description and honest bike. Its not the prettiest, but it rides well and is comfy.

Very nice bike. Much to the disgust of other ST13 owners I would actually buy a ST11 if I had not spent so much money enjoying the Middleton trip. Good luck selling her , hopefully she will go to a good home.
Just out of curiosity , what are your other 3 bikes ?

I actually just sold a pair of KV100's yesterday, but I also have a 83 GPZ750 a 85 GPZ600R bike transporter, a GN250 and a ZZR250. By the time I'm finished, I'll just have the trusty GPz's :)

Yeah its on gumtree now too. Got a elaborate scam call about it. The guys name is Damien Demolder. Googled his name and he does a lot of scamming on bikesales and gumtree.

Anyway, we'll see how it goes.

The pillion loves the backrest too much. I've only had the GIVI box on a couple of weeks and reverted to the backrest! 

I meant to ask you if you've got those side covers lying around still?

I'm sure they are in the cupboard somewhere.     Maybe for the cost of a backrest.

So from talking to tackleberry the other day and he said this bike might be a police model that didn't get into service.

Its designation is Police, but looks like the speedo has been changed at some stage. Police speedo is calibrated in 2K increments, also the switch block isnt right for police. It has the voltmeter though.
