Gotta love that electric blue!
A very fair price for what appears to be a pretty reasonable bike.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

It's been for sale for a very long time, the ad expired a coupe of times already.  Lots of scratches.  Owner does not seem to know much about it.

...Well just by looking at the pics I think you could confidently conclude a couple of points about it; it's nice blue colour was also the colour of choice by it's original riders  :cop and it's seems to have seen sunshine, a lot of sunshine :-)

I look at bikes like these as self propelled spare parts baskets :eek

 Ciao the can :-)

He's referring to the very faded handles on the panniers.  If you don't keep the Armourall up to them they become grey and powdery in the ultra-violet sunlight.

I'd have to agree with Greencan and Alheng.  It ain't pretty, but might respond to a good paint job and get retrieved from the parts bin.

Just note that regardless of what the owner says, it's actually an ex cop bike that has been sprayed over.  The sticker under the seat clearly states ST1100P.  Runs well but needs work.
