Ok not sure if anyone else has come across this, I was out in the shed tinkering and went to open one of the panniers, inserted the key, turned it and the pannier didn't open, so tried again and nothing, so tried the other pannier and the same thing :||||, i have even tried another key and just the same. Any (helpful)suggestions from anyone would be most appreciated :beer

Can you start the bike ?
-
Yep everything else works fine.

Does the key full turn around? I have had mine stick a bit. Some lubricant spray may help free things up.

The key turns the lock fully, I thought that there might have been some grit/grime in the locks so i sprayed with inox, all that has done is made the key turn much smoother in the lock.

Is the Latch getting jammed at all? Or is it fully down...
Maybe the pennier didn't shut fully before locking it
-
Yep everything else works fine.
Thats good news
Thought you may have been evicted or alike

If the lock turns, it might be catching to stop it unlocking. The pannier lid may need to be pushed in a bit to relive the pressure on the lock to allow it to unlock.

1100 or 1300 ?
-
1300

Just ensure the handles are pushed back properly but this usually causes the key to catch.
