Water pump kit
« on: December 27, 2021, 05:16:20 PM »
Gday all 1995 model ST1100 . I’ve taken the water pump housing out with the impeller intact. The bearing is shot and it was leaking.
Should I get impeller shaft pressed out first before I buy parts, just in casing housing is compromised.?.
And we’re the hell is best place to order bearing and shaft kit from, plus timing belt.
I’m in FarNth Qld.
Bike has 178000km

So at what age does this "old enough to know better" kick in?

I think the pump kit can be had from David Silver spares in the UK. Timing belt is a gates belt and can be found on Amazon.
