I can not load or post any photos

Have tried to post some stuff with photos four times .
Get a message that there is some security problem and to contact admin.
Then I got another message that the web page was not available ,
Then another two times after pressing the post button , waited and waited with no result of action .
After each effort everything that I had tried to load and post appears to have been lost.
Is there something wrong at the moment or else can someone tell me of the necessary tricks to do?

The photos need to under a certain size Winston.  If you have a tablet or mobile phone, you can take the pics with that, logon to the site and go to the thread you want and then you can upload the from the phone/tablet.

The photos are all around the 700 Kb.size and should be small enough , but somehow the seem to get lost as well as most of the accompanying text, so I will keep on trying,
