I'm about to do a service and I want to equip myself, in advance, with the correct size crush washers for the final drive drain and the sump plug. Google hasn't been much help so far.
Does anyone know the size(s) I need? I think the engine is 12mm, but would love to have someone confirm this for me. I see people selling them by the 100 on ebay, but would hate to be lumped with a surplus of the incorrect size.
Anyone? (thanks, in advance)

Dont know, never replaced them, just re-used the ones there. As long as you dont over tighten the bolt/plug it seals fine.

Thanks Brock. I too have never replaced them, but I am getting a weep from the final drive and thought it might be time to put a new one in. Chances are it may just have a bit of dirt on it, preventing it from sealing properly. Really, the easiest thing for me to do is drop the oils, and measure it/them.
Hmmm - s'pose that's what I'll do.

I normally use the old ones again but I did renew my sump plug and washer a few years ago.
Sump as you mentioned is 12mm or part number 94109-120-00 (Honda)
Final Drive is 14mm or part number 94109-140-00 (Honda)
The filler plug o-ring should be ok to use again. It's 30.8mm or part number 91302-001-020 (Honda)

You can also find them here:-

ST1300 final drive drain and sump drain washers are both 14 mm and the same part number as the ST1100 final drive drain washer
