Agreed with chris, the eagle screens are good, but I had the screens for bikes screen on my ST1100, and it was fantastic, good value, good service, and well priced

I ordered 3 smoked extended screens from David Silver when I hit a bird and they were cheaper than 1 from Honda Shop here. They are very close to original and can be ordered smoked, clear, and cut to size. Yorkie suggested I get largest one possible and cut down to size as required here. He is a smart man that one.
If you are doing a DS order to Perth,  pop it into the WA buying and shipping thread as others may want something and can share freight.

I had a lot of problems just contacting Eagle Screens and getting costs etc. They are only about 5km's from me and I ended up getting mine from David Silver UK.
for what it is worth I wont touch them

The business is now a back yard operation with no face to face contact with any customers, email only.

They don't encourage any form of warranty and one comment I read from the owners was if it isn't what you wanted, they didn't want it back.

The screen had to be posted to you, I live nearby and there was no option to go and pick it up, post only.

David Silver was cheaper and I shared the freight with PEZZZ as he also bought a new screen at the same time.

John from eagle screens just informed me that his screens do not have the protective coating as the oem screens have .Is this a concern when buying after market ?

It most certainly is.  The protective coating is what makes the screen effective against UV, detergents, abrasion, oil- you name it.  That's why unprotected screens go "milky".

I just checked up on where you were from.. Disregard the shipping thread for WA .... LOL ...
I recommend the DS screen highly and have heard some really average reports on the Eagle ones.

.NIC .from David silverspares says his after market screens have no coating but are scratch resistant acrylic.but also has genuine oem screens for $462 plus freight. Its tempting with oem at that price but can't get any photos of his after market  screens

Local buy price here was 749 for original. By the time you add freight it may be close in $ to buying local.
