I probably have pins to suit the connector ( not sure as I dont have the 1300),  and the proper tools to crimp it.

Something to consider is the time needed to create the design, and the number of re-trys it takes to get it right. Lots of trial and error to get it right. And of course you need to get hold of a good one, to take the design from..

My plan is to ride unless ‘the weather is crap’
Casual observation.

If I ride the ST there can be a maximum of 4 STs at this RTE, so the chances are it will be less than that.

Hmmm, Sue told me she now wants to go to this RTE!

But, she said it's too cold for the bike so we have to go in the car... :||||

Of course, I ended up in the poo for insisting we need to go on the bike as it's a bike RTE plus I'm also hanging out for a ride, yadda yadda yadda... :whistle

So, in the end we compromised...we're now going on the bike, unless the weather is crap...

So, after all that we now have:
  • Bodø
  • Helen & Michael
  • Russell & Sue
  • Nigel
  • ppopeye (Chris maybe)
  • Moto Guzzi MV Agusta Martin - maybe
  • BMW Doug - maybe
  • Yamaha Rob - maybe
  • Marcus

I too, find myself in a similar dilemma. For me anyway.
Long weekend means action at Rushworth.
Booked out Sunday for the RTE, and now its hey? What about the long weekend?
Can't,I say, already booked out?
My compromise is. Looking to ride to Rushy Sat morning, RTE as planned on Sunday then back and home on Monday.
Good plan? What could go wrong?
Nothing...............

If it all works might go up Friday arvo after work.

Brakes & Clutch ST1300 / St1300 clutch slave cyl
« Last post by redrider on May 28, 2024, 06:41:04 PM »
Hi all just in the process of replacing rear clutch slave cylinder a pig to work on but better than removing engine. I've noticed that over time the brake fluid has destroyed just the top face of the oil seal in the crankcase and was wondering whether anyone has tackled replacing  the seal you cant remove the push rod from the rear so l hope  its a job that can be done with the rod in any comments? Cheers guys

Does anyone know the position on the ecu connector where the RH knock sensor feeds to?

Knock sensors wiring should be on the grey plug on the ecu, one is black and the other is red/green. Check the colour of the wire at the knock sensor , also check the ground wire .
Cheers.
