Rally Shirts
« on: January 17, 2020, 10:41:40 AM »
I rarely wear tee shirts and don't wear Polyester
I am therefore giving away all my rally shirts.
Happy to post at new owners expense or bring them to Mudgee.

Unless someone really wants a particular shirt they have all gone to one member.

I'm in the same situation as Glen.  In fact, exactly the same, because I'm not letting my NSW 2017 blue Wooli shirt go!  I actually wore mine to my big birthday party last year.

So for any collector, there is an (almost) full set available in Brisbane or by post.  The first three have large Honda logos on them, if that's something you'd especially like.

2012 Blackheath Rally L Cotton Tee Shirt  Honda logo

2013 Middleton Rally M Cotton Tee Shirt  Honda logo

2014 Ballarat Rally M Cotton Tee Shirt  Honda logo

2015 Toowoomba Rally L Cotton Tee Shirt

2016 Perth Rally M Cotton Tee Shirt

2018 Mackay Rally M Polyester Polo Shirt

2019 Port Sorell Rally M Polyester Polo Shirt

For those who missed out, the 2018 and 2019 both have the excellent ST bike motifs that made the 2017 such a winner.  And the Tassie bottle green is a really nice colour.

Preferably pick up or deliver in Brisbane or nearby.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

What's so neat about the Wooli shirt?
A man rides on his STeed, says “Why am I short of attention? Got a short little span of attention”.

You can call me Steve, with apologies to Paul Simon.

It was the first of the new design, with an ST13 and ST11 facing each other at the front.  And it is blue:grin
I can't get excited about the Queensland colour which was presumably meant to be maroon but turned out pink.  The Tasmanian version is a very attractive bottle green.

I actually like the design and fabric of the Wooli, Mackay and Port Sorrell shirts.  I must admit when photos of the Mackay shirt first surfaced on facebook I thought the color was off but when mine arrived was very happy.  The Kawasaki logo probably helped.  That said, I agree with Biggles, the Tassie green is hard to beat.

Mine Wooli wasn't listed because it has West Aussie Glen embroidered on it.
I love the look just the polyester that doesn't work for me.
