Having a quiet moment here in the shed, packing the ST for the last time, it really does not feel that long ago, i was trying to figure out how to bolt a topbox  onto my Original ST....

I have just ridden just under 600km from ST2UPs place to his, and had a great days riding, he can't take it for a run because of storms with hail in the area

Maybe we should change the name of the club as it seems all of the old stall-wards are ditching the ST for something else..

Shiney, the clubs 1st and 2nd life member have either got rid of their ST or are looking for a replacement, the highest posting member is in the midst of transferring to a Goldwing and getting rid of his ST, most of the clubs oldest and most active members have migrated from the ST to Suzuki's, BMW ' S, Goldwings.

So my point is (tongue in cheek regarding Streak)  with so many of the most active members leaving the Honda ST 1100 and 1300 for other models and brands perhaps it's time to re-jig the club slightly from being a Honda ST based club to a 'sports Tourer' or 'Social Tourer' based club to reflect the way the membership is heading.

The only change to the forum I would recommend is to incorporate sections for the various makes and models that members own, such as we have for the 1100's and 1300's, all social aspects remain unchanged....

Just an idea. ..... just sayin'
