Planning my route to this today.My route is pretty simple...
Leave home at 3am, turn right onto McMinn St, right onto Stuart Hwy, refuel in Katherine, Hiway Inn Daly Waters, Tennant Creek, Ti Tree and Alice Springs then arrive at Kulgera at approx 9pm.

I am changing plans and are going to go south to attend a rte (NSW or VIC not sure which one ) so if border gets closed

As Shillas has posted, NT has closed it's borders, and as a consequence...
the Kulgera RTE on the 2nd May is now cancelled.
Those who have booked acccomodation at Kulgera will need to cancell.
There is some discussion of a gathering at Coober Pedy instead, but I suggest we wait and see how the pandemic crisis plays out before making a decision.

Can an ST handle the Strezleki track?
Although the ST1300 handles quite well on smooth dirt roads I would be hesitant to attempt the Strezleki track.

We currently have a B & B booked in Clare over Easter, followed by a few nights at Wilpena Pound in the Flinders Ranges.
In June, we have a place in Bali booked. Might get some credits for domestic accommodation and the airfares, but the Bali stay will probably be a write off. Will have to see what the travel insurance does.

Have received refunds for two AirBNB bookings we made before 14 March. No refunds expected on some other bookings, will need to rely on travel insurance.

As above, but the way I read my RACV policy is that we are covered for cancellations of bookings in DFAT "Do Not Travel" countries. It's all in the small print, I just hope there isn't any section, clause, sub-clause, sub-sub-clause I missed.
