Has any of you looked at the map for your trip, and seen if there is a member of OzSTOC you could catch up with to break up your trip?

Part of the rally is about meeting new faces, and it can be along the way, not just in Middleton.

Shiney and I have worked out on our trip we will shake hands with almost 70 odd members of OzSTOC from all over australia...

I think that makes three ladies flying in. Unfortunately coming from Perth Theresa loses 1 1/2 hrs so doesn't arrive in Adelaide until 9.45 on the Friday night. What time do the other ladies arrive?

Looks like I will be shaking a lot of hands in Middleton. The map is pretty bare between Perth and Middleton!

And I aint going swimming to meet some of them!!! ( Must have the amphibious ST's )

My plan is to actually arrive in Middleton on the Thursday arvo to get a good nights sleep and feed before the rest arrive.

If you want to attend the national rally in March and just want to catch a plane in and out, you are more than welcome to :)

We are happy whatever way you turn up in Middleton!

We will be still on summertime then....... so it's 2.5 hours different but gets it back on the return trip........lol

Planning to do a long distance ride down/across to Middleton for the National Rally?

On your tablet, click on the Youtube symbol in the bottom right hand corner of the image and you'll see it direct from Youtube, which should run in your Android browser.

Also maybe it's not available to mobile devices because of the music used... YouTube disable mobile viewing when music is involved, copyright reasons

In utube it won't run as the settings need to be changed to run on mobile.

However, if you go to the ozstoc site on your android tab it will play. It will also play in full screen. I couldn't get it to play above 480P which is unusual as every other video I watch is at 1080P

Info for those considering flying into Adelaide and commuting to Middleton

I rang Des's Mini Buses http://www.dessminibus.com.au/ to find out how much they might charge for a seven seat minibus from Adelaide Airport to Middelton (one way). For a daytime trip, and including a driver, it will be about $300. If here are a few who are planning to fly in, you may be able to coordinate your journey to Middleton. Teela and Carol have already organized rides from Adelaide Airport to Middleton.

Hi streak , i would probably lean towards departing with yourself & shiney on the 11th but would need to get back by late on the 21st.
Work wise, getting time off around easter is nigh on impossible, so will more than likely head off monday the 18th .....
