Wrong. Fog = dew = very wet seat.
Oh well- it's usually a beautiful day after the fog lifts. Now 8:30.
The fog will lift, won't it?

I'm hoping somebody is monitoring this thread while the festivities are in progress. I was supposed to be riding up to join the ride tomorrow, but I have just got back from Tassie and I am stuffed. I may ride up to Esk, but only expect me if you see me.

Please pass this on if you read it to those who need to know so that I don't show as a missing rider. I'm not missing, I'm just resting!

Home! after 500 km for the weekend on the bike and tens of thousands of km of laughter.

PC should get another award for going to 2 Pubs and one licenced Restaurant and still managing to collapse from dehydration. Glad to see you were OK this morning PC!

Home a couple of hours ago after finding our way out of Toowoomba in today's fog. Nice cool ride down the valley.
Started raining at our place not long after we got home. Mt Glorious after Esk would have been awful, so good call to give it a miss.
444 km for us Very impressed Mrs Biggles pillioned all of that cheerfully.

Home just before 1pm. Made my way to Esk alone. ( It is actually on my way home so no need for accolades ) Not long after arriving, I was joined by a few southerners and 1 Kiwi. After a brief chat with said southern folk, the plan was to escort Rob around Somerset Dam and bid him farewell at Kilcoy Beerwah intersection. About 4 k's out of Kilcoy, the road was closed due to an accident. We did a U turn and headed back towards Kilcoy and then detoured via Villeneuve to Woodford. Dropped Rob out to the turnoff to Beerwah and waved him off. Rode through a few showers but nothing that made it too uncomfortable on an ST.
The worst part was probably the pea soup fog all the way from the park out to Cabarlah.
All in all, a fantastic weekend. Great to meet a lot of folk from the forum.
A huge CONGRATULATIONS to all those who had a hand in organising this years rally, particularly to the long-suffering wives who are all unsung heroes and an integral part of this team.

A meagre 590k's for the weekend for me.

We arrived home about 12.30 safely after a slow ride with trailer got a little better after a fruit/veg/meat stop.
rebuild will commence tomorrow with a strip down..
Had a bloody great time as usual and made new friends as usual.
The dinner was bloody great and I enjoy my pork.
PC have you had some more water yet.
Lesley came with me for the first time and as a pillion for the second time in her life handled it with ease (first time was 1970)
Unpacked everything and had a coffee then wanted to start all over again as was first ride since last AGM.
So come on Perth.
Sorry no pics from me but there was hundreds taken.

Sabie is home (well at my 3 year old Granddaughter's birthday party actually)

A big, big thankyou to my roomies for the weekend Shiney and Carol who took wonderful care of me and ensured I was ok and feeling ok. Looked after my helmet and made sure it was charged.

Home at 3pm. Alison and I were blown away with the generosity and friendliness of all the OZSTOC members. Went home via Esk Bakery , said final farewells to those who made it to Esk.
Can't wait to catch up with people on RTE s and now have a goal to complete a Far Ride . Only downside found out that the internal waterproof lining of my new OZSTOC jacket is too short by about 4 inches. So got wet. Small price to pay for such a magnificent weekend.
A special nod to all who organized the get together. It was magnificently prepared and seemed to run like clockwork .

Chilling out in Lismore after a great ride down to Tenterfield then 150km along the Bruxner drizzling most of the way until we stopped to put our wetties on. As usual fine for the rest of the trip. Ros and I really enjoyed the weekend and met heaps of great new people as well as catching up with old friends. Congratulation to all those people involved. Perth is definitely in the diary.

Thank you for a lovely weekend, we had a brilliant time and thank you to all the organisers. You did a fantastic job.

Myself, flash, bob and bikerjimbob have all arrived at a motel just outside tamworth for the night and disgustingly bikerjimbobs bike still looks immaculately clean. I think we are deflecting the dirt away from his bike.
