Since the voids below the side covers are filled in, I reckon its a 2008 model, which is when that change was made.   See    https://stwiki.notonthe.net/bin/view/ST13/ModelYearChanges
It looks like an amazing deal, in the best colour and with the final changes and updates before the production run ended.

For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

Here's what they were selling for as the last ones went out the door.  This is from the April 2013 ARR magazine:

Could the 3'790 km also be 203'790 km?

No Bodo, it was genuine, like out of the box and of the show room floor, i think a new set of tyres and fluids and you would get 100,000 Kms +++, the bike had one owner from new, and having never had a second dealer service it sat under a granny rug in a garage, hard to believe!! Cheers Chris

I would not have touched it, seals would be dry and lack of lubrication in cylinders after sitting for such a long period will cost a lot of dollars
