... I will ask the state and territory RTE coordinators to endeavour to have an RTE on the 10th of October to get as many ST’s and other nearly as impressive motorcycles on the road for a catch up ... Chris
Suggestions welcome via posts or PM's, but (because I'm organising) I'll probably decide on where I want to go anyway.
... SA already has an RTE scheduled for that day, for those wo were not able to get to Mudgee.
How about Marysville? :thumbs
Or the Reefton Hotel at McMahons Creek seeing as the last RTE had to be cancelled...
... meant to request the 17th.....however go with what ever suits Victoria ;-*
... Mansfield...
... Marysville ...
... Reefton Hotel ...
... Bright ... a great motorcycle riding road hub!
... Marysville ...
Mmmm ...
... Reefton Hotel ...
Not many options for those want to turn it into an overnighter.
... Mansfield...
Ticks a couple of boxes.... Marysville ...

Ticks a few boxes. And there is also the Bright Brewery - another box ticked. I suppose you might see which way I'm leaning.
I`m with you rocky............. :runyay

So what's the issue with Marysville, Michael?

There's accommodation at the Hotel, I believe....and plenty more at Warburton... :think1
First Trip Advisor review I came across put me off.
Here's another suggestion...Wyanga Park Winery and Henry's Cafe, Lakes Entrance.

Geez Michael, you must take the scenic route if it takes you 6 plus hours...
Oh, and thanks for the map, that does make it a little easier to find a place that's sort of central...
We use to have a Members Map, but I couldn't find it.
I found it! look at the top of the page. It's between "search" & "profile"... :grin
A Moderate Member?
Better than being a country member.
Apologies...already committed to Mudgee provided state borders are open. Will need a longish ride by then :fp
When do we leave?
At this stage Sue and I are interested...most likely Friday to Sunday... :thumbs
If I get enough interest (more than two), long sleeve T-shirts, something like this will be around $26.00.

Shucks, I could even be tempted to order some for interstaters.
... 2x 3xl polo's please in cotton iff possible,,,,
Even if they have a 14 day quarantine on entering the state, I'd be tempted to get one.
3XL probably.
Good initiative there that man!
Only a 450 k ride for me, could be tempted! With a memorable T In the offing as well! Now if only the Border will open!
... bring it on, all, will always be welcome, in the Lockdown state.
As the founder of the concept of the Not the Nat Rally RTE, I approve of this.
Michael, this should be (Not) National on a state by state basis. :thumbsup

Didn't you just tweak an idea the WA guys had? :Stirpot
I'm just keeping my options open. SA news the other night said border closures could be one of the last restrictions to be lifted so I haven't committed to anything yet, although I haven't cancelled my Mudgee accommodation yet. I'll probably contact them tomorrow to see what they suggest regarding transferring my booking until march. Work is a bit of a mess as well as our area is getting taken over by new contractors but after cancelling so much already I am itching to go somewhere.
Rex and Debbie are interested in attending this event.
Its not looking good for this RTE... :'( :fp
For what it is worth Michael, I would be happy to still get Tee shirts even if dates are changed, but am also aware that you would need a minimum quantity . . .
It looks to me on reading the DHHS stuff we will not be able to travel till the end of October.

Yes, I re-read the full page in this link: https://www.vic.gov.au/sites/default/files/2020-09/Victorias-roadmap-for-reopening%E2%80%93How-we-live-in-metropolitan-Melbourne.pdf (https://www.vic.gov.au/sites/default/files/2020-09/Victorias-roadmap-for-reopening%E2%80%93How-we-live-in-metropolitan-Melbourne.pdf) - I think that's correct Garry, or in the words of an infamous Irish philosopher whale oil beef hooked.
