Heather went to Dri-Rider for her jacket and gloves http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ladies-Dririder-Vivid-Jacket-Dri-Rider-SportsTouring-Womens-Black-Pink-Motorbike-/261042385704 (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ladies-Dririder-Vivid-Jacket-Dri-Rider-SportsTouring-Womens-Black-Pink-Motorbike-/261042385704)

And Kevlar cargo pants from Bikers Gear http://bikersgearaustralia.com.au/index.php?route=product/product&path=64_70_84&product_id=165 (http://bikersgearaustralia.com.au/index.php?route=product/product&path=64_70_84&product_id=165)

Most of the sites in the article I think refer to US or UK brands

So much has happened in ladies motorcycle clothing in recent years, manufacturers are finally listening to the lady rider and pillion.

My only real difficulty with women's riding gear is the gloves, currently using size XL women's and they're still a bit on the snug side.  May have to go back to buying men's gloves.

I hate shopping for gear....you find all this cool stuff in the mens but when you want the equivalent it's ah "sorry don't have it in ladies"   WTF?

Anyway, a few years ago, I researched and have found Firstgear Riding Apparel fits me great and has the features that best suit my riding.

It's not available here is Oz, you have to get it from the States but for me well worth it. I'm still using the gear today and have no complaints.
