JohnnyYTED and I both attended the FarRide to Dergholm in western Victoria at the little pub there, along with 56 other FarRiders. I got to meet Johnny's new "STrangler" on it's first big outing, and which is a work in progress with the farkling. I found out that this is our late Bluehonda's old bike, so it's in good hands and will continue touring the country. Johnny was heading off home via the GOR.
It's interesting to consider that the 58 FarRiders at the pub would have collectively traveled well in excess of 58,000km to have a gasbag and eat pizza.
My own ride left home at 0245hrs and went south down the coast to Port Macdonnell for a coffee and then north to Mt Gambier and onot the Dergholm pub, returning home via Bordertown, for a total of 1054km in 13.5 hours, and arriving home at 1615hrs. I forgot my camera, so no photos, but here's a map of my route.
