I have a kit in each vehicle, car and both bikes. The kits on the bikes are essential items for trauma - bleeding, bandages etc. Take less space and maximum impact.
I always remember the advice of a former army paramedic - the most efficient and effective kit is cheap. For absorption use panty pads, liners and tampons, stockings provide the pressure. Not saying that is what I've got, like to have sterile gear.
