Damage to the rims on our 03 ST1300
« on: February 20, 2024, 05:00:20 PM »
Would appreciate any contact assistance for a reliable repairer located in Central Vic / Melbourne for rerolling out some rim damage to both wheels on our ST1300.
No cracks visible, just a pothole strike picked up somewhere along the way!!   S$$t happens!!!!
Getting new rubber fitted all round so needs to be sorted.
Cheers
Neil

Checked with my ST1300 guy (https://www.facebook.com/www.hayesmc.com.au) in Thomastown, he can't help.

I have the same problem.  Car rim repairers won't touch motorcycle rims.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott
