Really cannot see the point!  If you want to go that fast, buy a Hyabusa for one fifth the price, already street legal.
People with that sort of money to spend on a m/c are doing it just because they want what no one else has, and because they can afford it when no one else could be bothered.  It's not with the intention of using 1/10th of its capability.
