John remains on the critical list. His doctors believe he is responding to treatment and are talking about reducing the sedation. I got the impression that he will be remaining in the intensive care ward for some time.

"John is off the ventilator and is on oxygen. Colour is improving. I also had a small chat to him. Waiting on him to be stable enough to be moved to a ward. Will keep you updated."   :thumbs

Thanks again for the latest update on John's condition, Lionel. It's quite a relief to read that John's off the ventilator and only on oxygen now. Hopefully he will only continue to improve from here and be back to his old cheery self soon.
