Hi Gavo, as you know York is quite popular on weekends with the bike crowd, I get to see quite a few around this neck of the woods.

Went for a ride with the Blue Knights round the dams, Mundaring area, and spotted 2 x white 1100' going in the opposite direction with numerous other bikes. Gave them both a wave, which was returned but couldn't do anything else due to the twisty roads.

HOWEVER, there was a new rider in our group on an ex-cop bike so I gave him a card and told him about the Maintenance day. Looks like he'll sign up and said that he'll be there on the day.

1510 hours today, 30/08/12, Morrison Road, Swan View, Midland, WA.

White 1100 heading west. Silver helmet. Rider with white moustash and looking into the sun so I don't think he saw me travelling the other way. Couldn't turn round due to heavy traffic.

No - this wasn't a secret RTE that no-one was invited to - saw these beauties at Sesame Street, Man's World (Moss St) Slacks Creek on the lot to be sold.

I dutifully slipped an OzSTOC Card into the fairing pockets!

Also saw a Grey/Silver 13 headed southbound, two-up - Gateway Arterial 1330hrs - suspected them to be of OzSTOC stock!

did you see the MAGNIFICENT Gold ST going north to south as well
about 7:45 am following a BR Green Triumph speed triple
we also did Beerburrum, Beerwah, Peachester and Stanley river road to woodford before that
started at 5:00am at the weighbridge finished at Brendale at 8:40am, 202Klms

Definitely wasn't BGL & Co.
A lone red 1300 mate. I wasn't up that early either. Arrived at Birches Mt Mee for coffee about 10.00. There were 4 assorted bikes in my convoy. The ST leading of course.

to beat all the weekend boy racers through the twisty bits
we have done it this way for years
me on the CX650
Danny on either CBR 1000, BM 650GS and now his Speed Triple

SO, i'll bet you, that bloke you saw was " TC "
like Danny and I
he starts EARLY
has Breaky at the Woodford pie shop around 8:00 am
has 2 ST's
an 1100 and the red 1300
I have previously sat and chatted with him
tried to recruit him, and have given him our card
