They have BBQ Facilities and a nice Area for us all to have a feed and a good social time catching up with all the Faces, New and Old, and is central enough that everyone from north and south has an opportunity to come.

The Fossickers Rest Tourist Park has a variety of accommodation from Cabins to Villas to camping sites Pricing Ranges from $20 to $140 depending on the bed you want - https://www.fossickersrest.com.au/rates/

So you can change it back if need to
I don't know about other Queenslanders
Inverell is a great location  :thumbsup

Nah, I’ll leave it as is to avoid clash with Shiney’s Maintenance Day.

Navgirl and I will be there
This  event in 2013 was our first rte we attended  We were gob smacked back then to learn that some crazy bugger was riding from Adelaide for the week end
how things change in 2016 we spent a week with this crazy bugger before we all rode to Perth for a weekend
This year we are attending on our way to Nat Rally 2019 Tassie and testing our new sleeping arrangement

Hi Peeps,
Would have loved to make this one as I haven't seen that part of the country yet. However, I'm out. I am due to become a grand-pappy (or Abuelo, as the Uruguayans say) at that time and it's also too close to the Tassie ride. Hope you all have a great time and I'll see you there next year.  :hatwave

A riotous time had by the three that turned up.  :whistle
Left my daughters place after a late breakfast, up through the hills along the Bruxner Highway to Tenterfield, left to deepwater for a rest stop, Glen Innes for refuel, right to Inverell. Afternoon turned very windy and threatened thunderstorms blew away. Pete, Marian and I caught the courtesy bus to the RSL club for a very nice dinner and back to park for a coffee before bed.
Left early as not feeling well and headed straight home through Bingara, Barraba, Manilla to home.
Hope to get a few more next year or might as well give it a miss.
