I can remember sliced SPAM with salads on summer days in my early years, but there is a new way (to me anyway) of serving this delicacy, SPAM chips - deep fried until golden brown, crispy on the outside, firm on the inside.

Bugger that, I will make my own...

Canola oil in the zip boiler, morning coffee could taste a little odd for a few days but..

Might be a bit greasy, too. Treat it like a bathtub vodka and sprinkle pepper on top to take the oils to the bottom?
