Ladies riding jeans plus sizes?

Streak:
Ok Teela and I are struggling to find riding jeans to suit her.

She has a 44inch waist, and does not want high waisted pants, and like a boot cut, all the ones I can find the meet those specifications are size 18 and under, and thoughts or hints?

Sean:
Streak,

Try asking Neds what it would cost to custom make a pair for her. It may not be that bad.    :think1

Is she happy with her current Jeans ?? as an interim, if the lovely Teela is still fading away, what about a cut and shut job on her old jeans until she reaches her target weight then spend the coin ??

Pockey had some 14's that where always a little loose but comfy and to good to chuck, then she droppped a size, local seamstress here took some out of the waistband and inner lower leg as they where a bell bottom affair......$20 job done.

just say'in.... :beer

Hi Streak
Have  a look at Starider, websites open but they might be absent for a couple of weeks.
Their Kevlar pants have full Kevlar protection, better than some others.
The jeans I purchased were a size larger than I usually take (as I was advised) but the size was not incorrect and as a result I have jeans that are not tight when I'm on the bike.
They also have womens sizes/cuts.

Thank you for the responses  :thumb

Teela wants new jeans as she has been living off hand me downs from all riding fraternity in our family, so non of them have ever fitted "well" just "ok" and mainly men's pants so cut into her in various places.

Ned's have been fantastic, and we are looking at our options, she found a set of Hornee jeans that where perfect, but they only make the, in smaller sizes, I won't repeat what she said  :||||
