Trailer Spare Tire?

Does anyone with a trailer worry about taking a spare tire? i am going to be putting the good tire goop in the tires for balancing and punctures anyway....

The goop may not be of use on trailer tyres Streak, as most use a tubed tyre. Most trailer wheels arent suitable for tubeless.

Spare tyres seem to be a thing of the past these days.

If you buy a new car, there is usually only a skinny tyre rated at 80km/h.

I took the work car to a local Ford dealer recently and was informed that the new Ford small car (cant remember which one) dosn't have a spare wheel at all, it just has a puncture repari kit in the area where the spare used to go.

It is even getting harder to buy a tube for a tyre as I found out when I went to put one in my 6x4 trailer tyre. Had to pay $30 for a patch which eventually leaked anyway. Bought a new tyre eventually .

In that case I would just fill with Ride-On and save space tyre would take up.

My first trailer had a spare mounted underneath just forward of the axle.

The Classic I now have doesn't have a spare wheel. I emailed Classic about getting one and from the reply I'd be better off worry about the bike tyres more than the trailers. Should be ok to ride it flat according to them as with the torsion bar suspension tyes only have 12 to 15 psi in the tyres

I have towed my Classic trailer about 35,000 or so Ks, don't have a spare, never needed one. Tyres are tubeless.

Probably towed my Classic trailer and now Elite camper similar km's, always had a spare, never needed it.  On both trailers the tyres have been 5:00 x 10 6ply light truck tube type tyres.  They are under very little stress, that's probably why I've never need the spare - touch wood.
