When I pull up my Spot Gen3 Track on FindMeSpot, the pop-up windows on the tack are showing the incorrect time, and I can't figure out how to correct it. My account setting with Spot are set for the correct local time, but it does not translate to the correct time on the map. Any ideas?

The FindMeSpot map popups on the route are showing a time which is about 17 hours earlier than the current Adelaide time.

That doesn't make any sense in time zone terms. With Adelaide being UTC +10:30, the earliest it should be is 10.5 hours. Sounds like the map server clock is disconnected from internet time.

I agree that it doesn't make much sense, and its quite annoying as those looking at my track can't see a meaningful time.

Is the system time correct on your viewing device or the spot server??
If they are out you will get wrong info..

System time on my computer is correct.
Time zone settings on my Spot Account are correct.
I can't see the system time on the Spot Server, wherever that might be.

That amount of time difference suggests to me it's using the server's time stamp, and it would be located at SPOT's HQ in Covington, Louisiana.

Good pick-up Biggles. I just searched for the current time in Covington, and that's about the same date/time as the pop-up on my route map. My account is showing that my Spot Gen3 requires a software update, which might help, but my son-in-law has it and he's currently away fishing on a remote beach about 1,000km from here.
