That's a good price.  I bought an Australian pair for $60, but can't find my receipt to give the source.
I use the left one every trip away- much better than hauling the pannier into the room.  Unfortunately the RH one sits at home because that pannier has all the emergency gear.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

I bought these

http://www.bestem.com.au/Honda-ST1300-PanEuropean-Saddlebag-Liners-FULL-SIZE_p_233.html

and this

http://www.bestem.com.au/Honda-ST1300-Pan-Europe-Top-Box-Trunk-Liner-Bag-Insert_p_234.html

To go to Ballarat.

The pannier liners were on special atabout $56 and the topbox one at about $40 with free postage to Sydney.

Need to be careful and get full size pannier liners not the small ones.

I bought the same as Glen, but through Amazon for just over $55.00 delivered but delivery was a bit slow.  I can't complain about the quality though:
