We were over there at the Big4 this morning to sort out some details and asked about the disappearing map. Seems they've taken it down to be updated, as they've done a lot of renovations recently and things have changed – for the better!

The Loose Ends

Are you getting excited yet? We are!

  The 2018 OzSTOC NatRally is almost here, and we're trying to finalise some of the details.
It'd be great if you could take the time to read through this and let us have any answers that are relevant.

The Saturday RTE:
The following members still need to advise us which pie they want at the Criterion Hotel,
choosing from the menu photo shown below.
If you don't choose, you may have to make do with whatever they have left over,
rather than enjoying a fresh pie made specially for you :-)

The Saturday Night NatRally Dinner:
For the NatRally Dinner, MISA is stocking the following:

Beers:       XXXX Gold, Great Northern
Wines:       White: Chardonnay, Riesling
                         Red:    Pinot, Cabernet Sauvignon

Please note that the Mackay Indoor Sports Arena (MISA) is licensed, so it's not possible to BYO.
There is also a fair selection of other beers and UDLs available.
Please be aware that as MISA is a sports arena, so drinking vessels will be plastic rather than glass, for safety reasons.
MISA takes eftpos, and there is also an ATM handy if you'd rather use cash.

The Sunday RTE:
Can any members who will be staying on for the Sunday morning RTE let us know, if you haven't already done so?
We know many of you will need to start for home on Sunday morning and won't be able to make it,
but if you can stay on for The Old Station Teahouse morning tea RTE, we need to know numbers for catering purposes.

We've already heard from the following that they'll still be here, so you'll be in illustrious company

If we get a reasonably close idea how many of you will still be around, we'll know if it's a goer.

If you are staying on, please ensure you have a supply of cash for the evening meal, as some venues will not split a bill.
