If you want to test your dexterity and patience, try getting that nut on!

Could you Araldite the nut in position?  :think1

You don't love your bike enough to buy her nice luxurious things!   :rofl

I do! Only the best for my baby...just ask Sue, she reckons I love my ST more than her...  :rofl
I even have a photo of my bike set as the wallpaper on my phone, much to Sue's disgust, as she reckons I should have a pic of her...   :whistle

Anyhow, getting back on topic, I just figure if, for example you paid $50 plus postage (which, knowing Australia Post, they would probably slug you
more than $10) for the 3D part and then you have to get it painted to match your bike then I reckon it would end up costing way more than the genuine part...  :popcorn

I still sometimes hark back to the early days of long lines of ST1100s and 1300s!  Ah the memories!  Ballarat 2014...

Well it is, if you look at just one side of the bike.  Maybe he didn't realise there's another bank of cylinders on the other side...

Plastic, Fairings, Panniers and Top Box's 1300 / Re: BAGSTER tank clips

I don't know how strong or hard printed plastic is, but these clips bear quite a bit of stress.

Crikey, you must some serious tension on yours, mine I pull tight to just take-up the slack.

They don't usually break- just get lost (although I haven't lost either of mine yet, but I do tuck the ends in very securely).

I lost mine - in the garage.  I suppose it was more likely of a case of misplaced, wasn't too fussed, would have quite happily got out and about without it.  Found it when putting things away, and then put it back on the bike.

If we're lucky the caravans won't outnumber the bikes at the next one  :angry-old-man-smiley-emoticon

It's getting a bit like that, isn't it?
