Ironically this bike and your current bike spent some road miles together  ;-*

Love the gold pinstripe.  And the deep blue- extra special.
I think the "boxy" topbox spoils the bike's lines.  Maybe one of the after-market boxes that has a bit of style about in would look better.
For the modern man who lives in the city, riding a bike might be one of the only ways to escape the humdrum monotony. To take off and ride. To be both at one with nature and one with the bike. To feel masculine. Adam Piggott

....... This bike now looks a lot nicer than Blue Honda's old bike and has far far fewer KM's. My bike is looking much worse for wear.

I would dearly live to get this bike but the finances at the moment are preventing that as University studies and full time work don't go together so it's a case of try and keep my blue beast going...... I'm saving up to replace the mirrors and also try my hand at replacing the timing belt.

Yes, this one is a tad tidier than your hard-worked ST.
Good on you for soldiering on with the studies, work and keeping yours going.  It will get easier and be worth all the sacrifice before too much longer.
