Working fine. I always wonder why they can't get the icon going the right way, as it seems a bit disconcerting going backwards so fast.

Over on the Queenscliff ferry tomorrow and then up to Ballarat.

It seems like Ballarat is not meant to be, for me and Fiona. Aside from battling a cold, I was determined to make it to Ballarat and already had our rooms booked. Then on Tuesday, my 91y/o mum fell over and broke her hip and will be undergoing hip replacement surgery in about 2 hours time. However, depending on how she came out of surgery this evening, I was still determined to make the ride. Then 30 minutes ago, we were informed not to go too far away as Fiona's mum may not make it through the weekend. She has been very ill for the past few weeks now.

Soooo...I'm sad to say, but I cancelled our motel booking and wil not be making it to this years National Rally. A real shame, BUT...

I wish everyone a fantastic weekend and that this National Rally is yet another great success. May the rain gods be kind to you all. We'll be with you in spirit.

Sitting in bairnsdale all setup for the night camping after a nice day on the great alpine road. Heading off as soon as we can get packed up in the morning.

Bikes are one each for the breakdowns now, the ST broke the top box mount in Roma, and the scooter
Broke its exhaust mount springs today and lost a bolt.. Fixed until
I can get to a decent hardware store or bike shop for some new springs.
