Man, you must be getting seriously spammed!

There is an option in the profile settings that controls whether you get notified on every post or just once, but that’s a global setting IFAIK and would apply to other threads too.

Maybe Theresa is taking sneaky peeks at Kevs jokes?    :crackup

As a variation of the time-tested IT fix ‘turn it off then turn it on’, I’d try this:

- UNNOTIFY from the jokes topic.
- go into your profile settings, set the notification to ‘every time’ then save it, then go back in and set it back to ‘first time only’ and save it
- re enable NOTIFY on the jokes thread.

- UNNOTIFY from the jokes topic.

I must've done this at some stage, as I don't see Kev's posts in the Drugs, Sex, Rock and Roll thread.

- re enable NOTIFY on the jokes thread.

No thanks!

If I respond to a topic on Tapatalk, it asks if I want to be notified. If I respond on the forum, I'm automatically added to the notification list. Abs then I have to deselect it.

I turn all notifications off, and use the unread topics on Tapatalk to catch up.

I turn all notifications off, and use the unread topics on Tapatalk to catch up.

Ditto ... except for the tapatalk bit.  The unread topics link is the saved link in my bookmarks.

Thanks Steve. Mine was like r=that but must have been the default setting when we changed providers.
