Well firstly you need to buy 2 items:
1. The lights you can buy from here:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/201392316986?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2648&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/201392316986?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2648&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT)
2. The clear Indicator Lens set you can buy from here:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Front-Turn-Signals-Indicator-Lens-Clear-2002-2009-03-04-05-06-07-08-HONDA-ST1300-/281093383380?hash=item417278a4d4:m:m9bJZX2WKEszTpyjFQKYU1w (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Front-Turn-Signals-Indicator-Lens-Clear-2002-2009-03-04-05-06-07-08-HONDA-ST1300-/281093383380?hash=item417278a4d4:m:m9bJZX2WKEszTpyjFQKYU1w)
(NOTE) "you may have to refasten the foam on the new lenses as they sometimes aren’t adhered properly to the new lenses"

Anyway once you have these items you can begin.
Start by removing the indicator housing, the safety strap (zip tie) and bulb holder.
Remove the original bulb from the original bulb holder
(https://image.ibb.co/f8dh36/20160415_111817_zpsuvgyyzh1.jpg)
Undo the 3(three) screws holding the lens in place and remove the orange lens
(https://image.ibb.co/ckhmVm/20160415_111851_zpsx8rv7tj5.jpg)
Run a wire from low beam on your headlight plug (or switched power source) and poke the other end out near the back of the mirror
(This will be used to provide power for the white lights to work continuously)
(https://preview.ibb.co/fJRrwR/20160415_111826_zpsvlq7utuk.jpg) (https://ibb.co/hr1PGR)
Place the new bulb in the new bulb holder
(https://image.ibb.co/gpD4GR/20160415_111615_zpsb7wyop9m.jpg)
Insert the bulb and bulb holder into the new lens
(https://image.ibb.co/jZkJbR/20160415_111644_zpswlyzlkee.jpg)
Install the clear lens into the mirror cover using the 3(three) screws then plug into the original bulb holder
(https://image.ibb.co/moz0qm/20160415_113716_zpsbeqmbv7f.jpg)
Connect the remaining wire to the wire from low beam on your headlight plug (or switched power source)
(NOTE) The gold box can be fastened out of the way on the inside of the mirror housing with double sided tape or zip tied out of the way (own preference)
Repeat the same steps for both sides, replace housings and your done.
IF you have a beautiful BLUE ST it should look like this ;-* :grin

I saw you cleaning it just the other day... you'll have to stop riding it so much so you can remove all the Tupperware and give the Blue BeaST a thorougher clean... or just go for a ride in the rain, that will clean it ;-*

Those yellow position lights are letting the Light Team down, Shiney. Time for LEDs there too, methinks (so long as I don't have to disassemble the bike to get to them...)
