Planning to be there...
Going to Speedway City Sat night for World Series Sprintcars then staying at Glenelg then to the RTE Sunday before heading home.
Will be two up and have the trailer behind (somewhere to put the speedway chairs!)
The only thing that will stop us is the weather, .eg. too hot for the bike or too wet for the speedway!
In case you don't know yet, i am now located in Berri....
Cheers, Lee

On Sunday 3rd Feb we had our RTE at the Duck Inn.

In attendance where, Chris and Peter (StinkyPete), Ray (Straysa), Mel and Pete (Pete) and Heather and I and thanks to all who attended.

With my bike off the road we went down in our Territory. Our Route http://goo.gl/maps/M1R4x

It was also a good time to test my new phones GPS abilities. Passed with flying colours though a dedicated GPS has more features. the phone is set to use GPS satellites only and there's no network data fees to pay which is good.

We were the first to arrive at 11:20 am and just after noon the last to arrive were Chris and Peter. After sitting outside until about 12:30 we went inside and sat at our reserved table (thanks Peter).

Mel, Pete and Ray were at our first RTE at Saddleworth and we hadn't seen them since then and it was good to see them at this one.

We Took this photo after the meal remains had been removed.

People from left to right are Heather, Ray, Pete, Peter, Mel and Chris.

This one was taken by one of the staff members

After lunch which was scrumptious according to Heather we went to Windy Point (one of Adelaide's lovers lanes   lookouts)

http://goo.gl/maps/WqT0R which is a about 10 minutes away and took the bike picks. This one Pete had taken by a passing motorist.

I lost count of the number of bikes that went past the car park entrance but 90 percent would have been dressed in long shorts and either T-shirts or tank tops. All that bare skin just waiting to christened....lol

A good time was had by all and we all went our separate ways home and looking forward to both the national Rally in March and our next RTE

Another great report Alan, well done!!!
Great company, perfect weather & lovely food.
It was good to catch up with people from the 1st RTE and to put a face to Pete & Chris.
Unfortunately our OzStoc shirts arrived on the Monday the day after the RTE, never mind.
We had a nice leisurely ride home with lots of twists & turns, back through Coromandel Valley, Chandlers Hill down to Clarendon then home.

Great report and event  :thumb  I really have to get back to SA as did the honeymoon there and had a ball.  So Middleton will be the taster on my lonesome (as much as you can when meeting 50+ people), than back with the wife in the car. Will it be before or after the Border Run..who knows  :think1
