Neither of them. They're both basically farms.

Bingo! It was going to be identified eventually. I thought it would go off very quickly, because the only towns between Eidsvold and Mt Perry of the size in the photo are Mundubbera and Gayndah.
The baob is actually on the Lookout to the south of the town. It's a fair climb but well worth the effort.
It's a very nice town with the huge Burnett River bed right next to it. I say "bed" because the river isn't much most of the time, but is massive when in flood with an extraordinarily high bridge over it.
