Concreting is nearly done, so about time to hit the road. Could not ask for a better day for a little ride (ok, there is a slight breeze...). Destination Wauchope tonight.

Made it home about 5.15 great day, great venue, great bunch to catch up for lunch with even if you got to ride 250km
to do it.
I'm off to bed as I have to get up at 2.00 in morning to go to work

Lunch was fantastic, as was the lively conversation.  The staff were friendly.   

Sadly the venue will close on the 7th October.  If you have a spare $1.2M this little piece of paradise is for sale.

Thanks Barry for the scenic route on the way there and back.  Thank you every one for your company again.

We knocked out a couple of RTE's this weekend 

This ride to Ripples on the Creek on the Lions Rd near Kyogle had us leave home in 4 degrees at 7am and land for lunch in 23 degrees and 565k's 


Fantastic little business that is unfortunately closing the cafe side but retaining then cabins across the road.




Here we have Pockey's bike that I'm allowed to ride, Steves, Shineys, Gadgets and some old bloke  that keep cropping up OzSTOC RTA riding a weapon of a tourer.

Carrol and I had a great 2.5 hr ride down and met up with everyone at Ripples on the Creek









We all had a bit of a chinwag and a look at the OzSTOC Jacket



Then headed up for lunch









After a great feed and a fair bit of chatting we all headed off

Carrol and I were lucky enough to be able to tag along with ST2UP, Pockey, Saaz and Gadget on a nice scenic ride being led back north by Barry (thanks mate)

Barry left us as we hit the slab and we all continued on to Gadget's place for a coffee (thanks Gadget, great coffee as always)



After this we headed off home
