Makes you wonder how they worked the bill out. $1 per cc. You should have told them it was only 250cc  :grin

Parts were $675 and the rest was labour.   I always get good service from MotoAdelaide and note that I've not been charged for some bolts that were replaced.

Here's a couple of photos of the blown UV joint.

In one, the broken cap that houses the bearings can clearly be seen, and in the other the wear on the knuckles can be seen where the unwanted rotation of the UV joint caused the knuckles to clash together.
