This a bit like, I'll see your Find-A-Town, Make a Word and raise you a $100..... with a few additions / deletions, such as:
Additions
*  All letters in the alphabet (X is still problematic, but Nev solved it with his own wildcard version).
*  All in one day.

Deletion   
*  Don't need a township sign.

Might take a bit of planning.
