Been on a few times during the day

The problem seems to be in the RTE Co-ord permissions, I cant fix that, as I dont have full God like permissions, just Demi God.

Its a hiccup in the RTE Co-Ordinator privileges, that turns off the reply in certain areas, for some reason. I am unable to fix this, as I am only a demigod..
