A Bed, Shed and get Fed
« on: July 12, 2013, 12:20:32 PM »
Thought I would commence an informal thread where we can advise if we may be in a position to provide the occassional overnight accomodation to a member who is touring around the country side.

Imagine if your on a budget and how the ocassional nights accomodation and meal could even extend your trip of a life time, not to mention the fellowship of other Honda ST owners.

A couple of things to keep in mind;

1) This is NOT an extension of the RAN network and they are separate entities.

2) Just basic details of your Location and hospitality available

3) Make contact via PM between members

4) Peoples circumstances can change and your arrangments may need to change

5) OzSToc and its Founding members or Mods are not responsible for your house guest breaking your great Grandmothers best china tea cup.......or worse etc.

So if your happy post below:

So ST2UP & Pocket STocker:

Guyra NSW (New England Hwy)

Spare Queen Bedroom with ensuite
Lockup shed and a hot meal

cheers

Having been the grateful recipient of two very welcoming OZSTOC hosts during our recent Grand Lap (Sorry Chris, we came down the coast but thanks for your offer anyway!) we would be remiss is we did not offer a Sydney stop with dinner, queen bed, your own bathroom and secure parking for the ST to any Ozstocers doing the lap. We know how much we appreciated it.

Can offer  garage, bed and a feed if Mrs Skip is home. It's a 2 minute walk to the local if my culinary skills appear life threatening. No mechanical skills available.
Just north of Brissy, 5 minutes off the highway.

Robjob and I can offer parking for your ST, somewhere to rest your head and a delicious home cooked meal. We are not far off the Pacific Highway at Woodridge and would love someone to stop by for a night or two.

The Gong (Wollongong) is ideally situated just south of Sydney. It is blessed by  beautiful natural features and well worth a visit.

Am in the middle of putting a new floor in downstairs but when that is finished, in about 4 weeks, there will b room for 2 singles or a double and single and good home-made food.   :hatwave

A bed, a carport and a delicious home cooked meal here in Darwin, as long as you don't mind being woken by lorikeets at first light.  My dad also has a shed and tools available 5 mins away.

Can offer a bed, shed space for the ST,  and a country feed if you're on the Castlereagh Hway right here in Gulargambone. Can offer plenty of camping space if that's preferred. Right on the highway, easy to find.  Just PM me or the RAN can contact me.  Just follow the galahs.  :thumbsup :eat

Lets put this to the test, I'm picking up the new bike in Parramatta on Sat (Aug 2) and will travelling up the coast, stopping somewhere between Newcastle and Coffs Harbour, depends how quick we get away from the dealership.  Want to be home in Brissie around lunch on Sunday.  Any offers of accommodation.
That would be for 2 of course, Cath and Dave. :blu13
