JBecause the item now don’t have enough in stock, so we modify the price avoid buyer to order it. If the item make up, we will modify it to the correct price on eBay listing soon.

They appear to be one of the new breed of sellers who want to give the impression the product is already in Oz.
The other recent technique is offering free postage out of Honkers. I've no idea how they can do that on items costing a couple of dollars or less, but have taken advantage of it.
I guess the Chinese postal system lets them have it for local rates, and lets AusPost do the heavy lifting under the international agreement. Dunno how that gets it on the plane, though.
