I'll bet I'm as anal as Wombat about fuel monitoring, and I love a good fuel argument (with figures!)

Here's my last 30 refuellings extracted from my 17 column spreadsheet

nope not as anal as that  >:()

2013
Copied over from Fuely for fuel use only.

Total for 2013

Fuel-ups    Avg km/Fuel-up    Avg Price/Litre    Total km Tracked   Total Litres Fueled     Avg Price/Fuel-up      Total Spent

    26            282.4                    $1.48                 7,342                    439.05                    $24.80                    $644.78

Avg Price/km     Avg km/L

  $0.09                16.7

Estimated average range using ULP (91) on 28 litres is 467ks or 400 ks for 24 litres (to full when the fuel light used to work)

The best I had was 19.4K/L, The worst was 15.3 k/L

So shopping trips with the trailer, one or two camping trips, mostly two up riding and living in a hilly region all take their toll on the fuel usage so I reckon the average for the year is quite good.

I use a spread sheet on the PC, and an app call acar on the galaxy note 10.1. The spread sheet is available some where, I will need to find it.

For the 10.1 Tab I use Mileage. Pretty basic but doesn't let you put in the kms only when you first start to use it but takes into account partial fill ups as well.

I didn't know what to use the Tab for so I had to put something on it.

I use a spread sheet on the PC which covers both fuel and maintenance items, I've added the cents per kilometre function to it, K/L to M/G,

I use "Driver Diary" on my Samsung S2. Great free app. Allows import, export, multiple vehicles etc. Easy to use.
