Heather found some aftermarket saddlebag liners to suit the 1100 on E-bay
I've just bought some for about $112 delivered.

I went to the bag shop with rough dimensions and found some nylon bags that fit perfectly.. about $19.99 each. I'm a tight arse.. :crackup

I'm sure I'll find some use for them since I've had the bike for a few days off of 8 years and did ok without them so far.
If I work out the cost of going to the city and getting something to suit it would have cost a bit more than what I paid so a little bit in front too.

I get mine locally at http://www.bestem.com.au/ST1100-_c_144.html (http://www.bestem.com.au/ST1100-_c_144.html) for the 1100 and same place at http://www.bestem.com.au/ST1300_c_39.html (http://www.bestem.com.au/ST1300_c_39.html) for the 1300. I'm also a tightarse but it seems not as tight as some . . .
