It's not really a joke (well it's funny but not funny t the same time) but it just goes to show there are some bellends on the roads.

We have quite a lot of them up here only instant loss of licence doesn't work because 90%  of them don't have licences to start with.

Quite a few of the SAPOL posts also say the person was driving unlicenced or the vehicle was unregistered.  It's a bit of a worry when we share these roads with these pricks.

Looks like he was trying to collect one of everything, including, as it turned out, one of those crashes he'd never had before.
