Moto GP at Phillip Island

Hi Guys,
  I have arranged annual leave for the end of October and am considering a run to Phillip Is. I had been trying to get the time off earlier to attend another organised national run but this didn't eventuate. I imagine we will encounter many interesting travellers as we did in 2008 when we last had the opertunity to go to Phillip Is. At this stage of the planning, I am wondering if any other STers are heading to the same event.

I am heading over with a bunch of tractor riders. Leaving Roxby on the 22nd and looking to be at the island by Thursday. We are staying at a house within walking distance nof the track. Looking forward to it.
