I'm seeking an idea of those who may be interested in going for a cruise on the Paddlewheeler, Mayflower.
This is a heritage Murray River cruise on the Mayflower built in 1884 for a 1.5 hour River Murray Cruise. departing from the Mannum Dock Museum.
The PW Mayflower is the oldest paddle wheeler in South Australia.
The cruise departs at 10.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. from the Mannum Dock Museum, just a couple of minutes walk from the Caravan Park.
Cost is $25.00 Adults or $20.00 Concession, with Bonus Free Admission to the Museum.
Tea/coffee and bar facilities on board.
There is limited capacity on board.
I'm thinking a Sunday morning cruise might be the ideal way to blow the cobwebs out after the Saturday night Nat Rally dinner, but of course, you're welcome to choose another time on the Saturday or the 1.00pm Sunday slot.
Please respond if you're interested, just so I know if we do need to let the Museum know that we will be booking and a rough idea of numbers.
Cheers

I'm only staying Friday and Saturday nights, I'll be on the road, heading home via Nelson by around 10:00am, so a "NO" for me. Not interested in a Saturday cruise either, I'll be having a 'rest' day, and Nigel and I were talking of finding a pub or three.
-
I'm in for 1 if not several trips :thumbsup
-
Wilko & Joso down for this

Wilko & Joso for 10.30 on Sunday thanks

You and Nigel could always have "drinkies" on board as it has bar facilities...or are you more worried about getting a wee bit of "sea" sickness? :whistle
-
Count me in. Flexible for time, so long as I can do at least one of the rides as well.
-
Count me in on that either time will suite me

Going through the responses so far, there are [
s]8 9[/s] 16 with a definite preference for a Sunday morning cruise and a further 17 12 who are flexible. I believe Peter and Liz have also expressed an intertest. Along with them Theresa and I would be happy to do the Sunday morning trip. Would be good if it can be an OzSTOC special.

As we have a reasonable number wanting to do the Sunday 10.30 am cruise, the Museum has now booked this to us as a special cruise, with added capacity. :thumbsup
That means the next lucky 11 cruisers to advise they want the Sunday morning cruise will get an intimate cruise with your best OzSTOC buddies! :runyay
How heaps good is that! :eek
Let me know if you'd like to be one of the lucky ones for this exclusive member deal! :grin

Now with Ppopeye & Chris taking last couple spot.

Please add Rex and Debbie to the Sunday morning cruise.
-
Hi Rex,
At this stage you may need to go on the wait list or choose another time to be sure of a cruise.
However, I'm not making a formal wait list, so may have to wait & see.
-
As Robyn and I are just marked
As flexible does that mean we are going on the Sunday morning trip
-
Thanks Debbie and I are happy to sort it out when we get to Mannum.
